It is sad and concerning. I am one of those that got my pup at 8 weeks old because I was not educated. Even if it were a law there are people that would break that law as people break laws every second of everyday on so many different levels. Educating those that do care is the answer but how to reach everyone is the question. I learn something every time I sign on to this site and am so glad I found it. I was on pins and needles the first few weeks I had my pup and in a way still am. I am blessed because she is fine but I do everything I know to do to compensate for getting her so young.
