Since the phone hacking scandal hit the UK and the Leveson inquiry was put in to place the UK newspapers have been very careful what they publish so I guess this is the reason why they haven't outed the British rock star...before the Leveson inquiry I'm sure they wouldn't have hesitated and it would have been front page news.
One newspaper columnist said on Sky news that the name of the rock star is out in the open in the USA and wanted to know why the UK haven't revealed his name so that's why I posted to see if the USA does know.
