Thanks guys for your well wishes and advice. I have no doubt of his being a pure yorkie. Both parents were on site . So, is it suggested that a necropsy is done to check for other things? I honestly cant afford to keep adding to the bill if there is a chance she will not be held responsible. Maybe I should just sadly accept a replacement and move on
