I have called the police twice. First time it was on someone who have left their poodle in a parked car at our local Target. It was 102 that day. I would only imagine how hot it was in that car. Parking security were watching the car and said the lady and her kid had just walked in the store 5 minutes earlier. I don't know what happened because I was a rush and had to get what I needed and get home. The second time I went to go pay our cable bill that happed to be next door to a Panda Express. I noticed 2 very small kids asleep in the back seat of this Honda. Their little faces were all red and sweaty. I could not believe anyone would leave their kids or anyone in a parked car in 100+ heat. I called the police and had my daughter go in and pay the bill while I to keep an eye on the kids and noticed that there was a couple walked in and asked if the eating lunch while keeping an eye on the car. I walked in the Panda Express and went up to them and asked if the car they were watching was theirs and that the police were on their way. Of course they got up very quickly and walked out. The police pulled up just in time,, as they were getting in. We made our report and went on our way. But not before them checking the kids to see if they were ok. If giving the choice again I would do the same thing!
