Its pretty strange, I would have her checked to see if she is still having UTI issues. If an UTI affect them in the same manner it does us, it could be that it hurts her to move so she just lays where she is when she needs to go.

I would also suggest taking her water up earlier in the night to allow her plenty of time to empty her bladder before bed time. You may even want to set your alarm and get up with her at least one time during the night and take her out potty or to her potty pad which ever you normally take her to potty. One or the other so not to confuse her.

I am pretty sure that I told you about my we site describing how I was able to successfully potty train my four pups but just in case the link is in my signature. There may be something there that would help.
