I would get a carseat where she can see out the car window rather then the crate. Also make sure she has all her puppy shots and has had them for at least two weeks before taking her places or she could get get Parvo or something else and Parvo can kill. Have you tried just soaking the kibble in hot water and then draining it and seeing if she will eat it then? I personally am not a fan of Eukanuba and Ceasers. I prefer Blue Buffalo, Acana, Orjen, Now small breed and there are a few other nice ones out there.
