I would consider switching foods if it doesn't go away bc mucus can often be a sign of simple GI irritation. That said, you also want to be sure it's not a result of something more serious.

Is the mucus surrounding the poo, or, does it come out just at the end? If it surrounds the poo, that can (not definitely though) mean the upset is coming from somewhere farther up in the GI system. If the mucus comes at the very end, then it can be her anal glands emptying a little. If her anal glands are emptying often, then again I'd lean toward changing foods.

Def keep her away from bunny poo though, as you don't know what germs are in there that could make her very sick.
