Yes I was wondering that also. The cops and animal control are both aware of what happened so they are investigating it. The puppy is at the vet right now getting checked out. They think he will be just fine and the vet taking care of him has completely fallen in love with him and has decided to adopt him
. I am so glad he was there at that moment to save the little guy. He will now have a much better life.
