Just saw this and I'm thrilled this baby was fortune enough to get the surgery! It's amazing what the surgeons can do. Zhoie had AAI surgery at the vet school end I'd 2011, we didn't have to use a brace, but like GeorgiesMom, she had to have strict confinement for 12 full weeks. This is the most important part for full a successful and full recovery. We carried her out for potty. Sorry, I'm not much help, but I praise you four caring for this girl and giving her a chance!
