I would love to get together for a meet up but I am unwilling to travel any more than 2 hrs to do so. Last year the travel time for me alone would have been 3.5 hrs. While other only had to travel an under an hour. It just seems a bit un fair for some of us. Plus, I don't do well on the highways. People are nuts and it scares the heck out of me. If there are any constriction cones, and if you add night time or rain to the mix I'm driving with white knuckles. DH was going to take me but would have been bored out of his mind. Plus I got an offer from another member to meet me half way and than travel the remainder of the trip with her but sadly neither of us were able to make it at the last minute.
But sure, I would love to go to a meet up, so count me in. Below is a list of dog friendly park in Ohio and around the Columbus area which may be a better centrally located area for most of us. We can figure all that out later. Defiantly would have to be in the fall or even next Spring when we have much, much cooler weather.
