So.. My fiance was just on the highway and in the median between the 2 highways he saw a puppy. It was tied up. He turned around to go save it. Someone had tied it up BETWEEN the 2 highways.. There was a leash with a choke collar on him. The choke collar was on so tight it was bleeding. He picked it up and is bringing it to the vet for them to evaluate the puppy and make sure he is okay. I have no idea how long he has been out there and why no one would of stopped sooner to help him! Today it is 90 degrees and humid out and he had no food or water. He was scared to death
. The vet there already fell in love with him and wants to adopt him. I'm sick to my stomach over it. Seriously how can people be so cruel!?!?
