Too many risks involved with breeding a tiny dog, just because she is tiny and the male is tiny does not mean there is not a genetic chance of having larger pups which could kill her and the pups. Breed standard is under 7 lbs which means probably somewhere in her or his ancestors there are dogs bigger than her and she probably carries a genetic code for larger pups. Why risk it. Not to mention all the other issues.
