Sounds like seasonal environmental allergies but it would be good to talk to your vet she can tell you what she thinks. Callie has this problem and my vet said bathe her every week and suggested Omega 3 fatty acids. I also have medicine for when she is really itching. I also wipe her feet every night before bed so she doesn't drag any pollen or anything into her crate. Callie normally ends up with on skin infection a year but I am doing my best to keep it from happening.
