Hi Lee...I have always loved sheep. They are always in a peaceful setting. And I love lambs. My interest in painting started while travelling in Ireland. I rounded a bend in the road and a mother sheep was sitting in a field surrounded by 5 babies. They were posing for me so I painted them...I took the study painting back to my studio and painted a 6ft by 5ft painting of them and an art director saw it and asked me to do a solo show of sheep!!!!So for 2 years I travelled around photographing all different types of sheep and painted large paintings of them for my show. I still love them..
