When I asked the question about who has fostered (presently or in the past) I did not realize that I would not have this information about everyone. I have been searching threads and people's pages to try and figure out if technically they have been fosters. So in the spirit of being "loose," I am going to take everyone that answered.

According to what I have found, it appears that Chibiluv, llcornelle, Ladyjane, TLC, and probably TxVicki have fostered. so, Yazmin you have a ticket.
