Over here in the UK it's certainly used by folk out to breed from their pet bitches (yorkies and, especially, Chihuahuas) and it's sad to see as these folk are ONLY in it for the money and couldn't give two hoots about the welfare of the dog Tiny is NOT healthy in the majority of cases.....you only have to look at poor Sahara
