I use DDS Dental wipes and then I brush with coconut oil.
Mandie wouldn't tolerate the smallest toothbrush I could find until kjc (a member here on the forum) suggested the Wisp.
Just take the tip of a knife and pop out the bead in the middle (be sure to get that out). Then I dip it in the coconut oil and brush. Mandie loves coconut oil and this brush is so small..it is perfect.
