Default Nina doesn't eat well!

My Yorkie is 4 months old and weighs 1 lb and 9oz. When we got her, we had no idea she was so small. She was 12 weeks and when we took her to the vet the next day, he said she was in good health. When he weighed her, she was 1 lb 3 oz. and he was as surprised as we were. We have been trying to put more weight on her and she has been gaining 1 ounce every week.

The problem is that she has had a few episodes of hypoglycemia and we are very worried when she doesn't eat. One day she eats all her food or most of it and the next few days she refuses to eat. She nibbles or eats a small amount. We feed her every 5 hours hoping that she will be ok because of the multiple feedings. She will not eat hard food, which we are ok with that, but I have tried many combinations of wet food to entice her including sparkling Parmesan cheese. Sometimes she eats it and likes it but other times she doesn't show too much interest. She doesn't like any treats either. Food is not interesting or something highly desired.

We contacted a dog nutritionist to see how she can help with this issue. Will update as she will consult wi us tomorrow. If anyone has any thoughts about this, I will appreciate it. It would be so nice to see her eat all her food! I feed her usually 4 spoons of canned food. (Wellness Just for Puppy and baby food to entice her, cut carrots, boiled chicken) I also give her Nutra Drops 3 times a day to prevent the low blood sugar and to open her appetite.

Today, she didn't want to eat the carrots which she likes most of the time. She is impredictable!
