You didn't mention how old your pup is, and how long this has been going on. If she is a very young pup I'd be more concerned and would have a vet checkup and take a stool sample.

Mucous poo can be a sign of coccidia, or parvo, or liver disease on the scary side, or due to ingesting something irritating or toxic. Only a vet can tell you for sure, and it may be worth checking out.
