Please do a forum search for "teapot" and "teacup." The distinction has been discussed with all of the nuances many, many times. To recap: "Teapot" is a word used to affectionately describe a Yorkie whose adult size is greater than 7 pounds. "Teacup" is a word used by unscrupulous sellers to describe a Yorkie whose adult size may or may not be under 4 pounds in order to jack up the price by getting people to think "Oh, how cute, it will fit in my purse!"
