Lol ya it was Dollar Tree! They had it in the most random spot! It was on the isle of the party stuff/ kids toys likethe toys you put in party bags.
It looks to the T ( haha) like TP same roll and everything- it reminds me of Quilten or whatever the TP with the bears.. Cant think of the name.
