Rarely eat any meat but when I do eat foul, I mostly do eat white meat as there is just something about the dark meat flavor and texture I don't like. The only way I know how to describe it is "bloody" tasting. It has something of a still-raw taste to it even when it's not underdone. And it seems slicker somehow.
