The ones in the videos are not Photoshopped...like lilllymae explains to us in the other link I posted, they are pups purposely bred w/chiari malformation, hydrocephalus. They have big protruding eyes (parts of the white shows in the eyes), round deformed foreheads from the water in the brain.
