Please do not take this wrong. I think you might want to surrender this little guy to a Yorkie rescue. They have trainers, that know how to set up behavior modification lessons. The foster people are experienced and work closely with vets and trainers. The best way to find a Yorkie a forever home, is to retrain him or her to all the good things a family means. Fearful, biting, yippy, not potty trained are all things they know how to deal with. Thank you so much for your loving heart. I know some one will be the perfect match for this little guy.
