I do have one that we started and one day I may try to finish it. I don't know .. it is pretty old fabric. All of the sections are sewn by hand. Pretty ancient stuff.
If you decide to finish it, keep in mind that a quilt is only as old as the last thing added to it. I personally would leave it as is. If you add thread from 2013, the quilt becomes like new and loses its value as an old quilt. You can always get a display case and fold it and display it.
