Yeah, Minnie's was like that too when her kidneys failed. I think it is the only time I have ever seen a dog have clear pee. But she also drank about 25 oz of water a day that we forced into her then (vet said it was the only way we could keep her alive with a reasonable quality of health other than dialysis).

On days I drink only when thirsty my pee comes out yellow too, but I make a pretty strong effort to drink way more than that after having a kidney stone one time about 10 years ago (talk about pain! Doc said it's supposed to be worse than childbirth).
