Was it baby teeth or adult teeth? Baby teeth don't have the same kind of roots as adult teeth. If it was adult teeth I would just call the vets office and tell them your worries. When Callie had a tooth removed she got pain meds and when my moms yorkie had a few teeth removed he got pain meds too.
