No, except for a holiday, a very special occasion or cold weather. I've never had a dog that didn't at first fight getting into clothing so I deduced they don't naturally enjoy the process and some dogs just become immobile or shut down in clothing. On freezing, rainy or snowy days, I might put a coat or sweater on Tibbe to go outside and potty/walk but he rarely stays out long enough to really get uncomfortably cold.
