I would think that if someone offered no papers at all that the price should be cheaper. Some people say no papers will be provided until proof on spay and neuter is provided.

With AKC papers you are able to get a pedigree and know the heritage of your dog. With no papers you really don't know. I have found that a lot of people that buy a yorkie for a pet never bother to have their pup registered.
