I don't want to disappoint anyone but Pixie had occasional accidents until she was about two years old
now she will be almost 4 and she normally asks to go out but I still keep a pee pad down and she will use it sometimes if it is raining or company is over and she is nervous.
I don't think I would restrict the water intake though, that is my opinion.
