I think it might help to actually practice having people come to the door and have Chachi on a leash and make him sit until you say it is okay to get up. Do not let him up until he is acting calm and submissive, never excited or agitated. Trust me when I say that he is not happy when he is excited and agitated. He is much happier when he can be calm and submissive but he has to learn from you that this what you want. Practice this over and over and over until he remains in a calm submissive state when ever someone come to the door.

It is good that he has been to the classes but everything he learned needs to be reinforced everyday. Training should never stop.

Good luck.
