I actually had to read & reread that statement about 5 times! I wasn't sure if I understood it, because it seemed so ridiculous to me.

I think that the ban will stop a lot of impulse buying...which I think is great! I can only imagine the number of pups who were purchased on impulse who eventually end up in a shelter.
I actually think that pushing people to buy online is better. Because...once a person starts the process of researching WHERE to buy, they're more likely to come across information about BYBers & puppy mills. Hopefully anyway.
I'm so thrilled to know that this is actually happening! That means there's hope. Next step...getting laws passed for internet sales.
