If it is something that just came up, I would try to get her looked at. Since she is still a young one- I think that would be best.
You can try to boil a chicken breast and shred it with the dry- if she pushes that away there might be something else going on than her not interested in the food. I know Yorkies can be super picky, but to be safe I would rule out any health issues first.
