Guess it depends what you consider dressing up. Callie had at least a shirt on everyday except if she is outside in the summer or we are going somewhere in the summer, or if it is hot inside. She gets cold pretty easy and its not because she is so tiny she is 16 pounds lol. I do put her in more dressy clothes when people are coming over, if its a holiday or a winter dog event some where or certain times we are going to the vet. She has a lot of clothes lol. She also sleeps in night gowns. If I noticed she is ever hot I either take her clothes off or move to a thinner shirt. I noticed a few dogs outside at a pet even two weeks ago dressed in clothes and it was over 80 degrees and the dogs where panting like crazy and I think at those times it should be considered abuse because the dog is obviously overly hot and heat stroke becomes a serious risk.
