Shortly after I brought Lexi home she had very small bright red drops of blood when she pooped. The vet said that the blood vessels in that area are very thin and, if she strains when she poops, they can easily pop. She said it was normal. She hasn't had that happen since she was about 10 weeks, though.
I hope it's something simple like that for Brandi.
