Could the vet explain why she has blood in her poo? Did he think it might be the vaccinations or the dewormer? I would certainly watch for diarrhea or signs of parvo if the blood gets worse. Do you know if the rest of the litter is healthy? I agree with you that at only 1 kg, she won't have a lot of reserves. If she worsens at all, I would get her rechecked sooner rather than later.
