Hello! My name is Jill and I just purchased my first Yorkie 2 days ago. We named him Duke. He's 11 weeks old and 3 lbs. I took him to the vet yesterday for his first check up and shots. The vet was very nice but did wonder if he didn't have a small about of Dachshund in him. I showed him a pic of Duke's parents and he thought they did look like true Yorkies but that somewhere in the line there may be some Dachshund. Anyway, I'm hoping to get a lot of info here since I've never had a Yorkie before. Here's a pic of Duke.
