I have limited experience with this so someone else may be able to give you better advice. Chachi went through a period where he would bite if you tried to take something away from him that he didnt want to give up. We never ignored him when he bite. One time he did it and then he ran under a little couch we have then when you tried to take the chicken bone form him he would still bite. My husband moved the couch and got him and put him in a submissive position on his back and told him no bad. I think he was so shocked that my husband moved that couch that he has never tried it again. If it kept up I would go to a trainer.
