I have used the Trifexis since the recall on sentinel in my area and have had no problems with it. I hated having to change but did not have a choice.
As for the rebate, it is a pain in the butt to do but I have been getting rebates since I started using it and also got rebates on the sentinel. It usually comes in a check made out to my vet, which is fine since I get my heartworm there, it helps bring the price down when I do buy it. I have 6 dogs, so 1 box only last me 1 month, so every little bit helps. It just blows my mind, the way they always preach that you need to give heatworm meds every month, so why not make it a little more affordable for people to be able to give it and protect their babies.
