Knock on wood - I have that light weight water hose and have used it multiple times just fine so far. When you turn it off, it truly does retract and slither back to you so it's easy to gather up into a little circle. It is so light weight that my poor back just loves it. My old hoses each feel like they weigh 15 lbs. a piece. And no kinking! That is just huge to me since my hoses invariably kink after a year or so and are so hard to make tidy looking when not in use. Mine is only the 25 footer but I'm going to get a second one soon. If the thing only lasts a year it would be worth it for the handiness of handling and that little cut-off at the nozzle.
