I would go to the doctor after seeing that picture.
My daughter got stung by a wasp in the hand once and her whole hand swelled up and the swelling went up her arm and I took her to the doctor and they gave her a shot of a steroid and put her arm in a sling bc they said that her arm had to be above her heart so that the poison did not go to her heart.
