As a trainer I would treat it as any other undesirable behavior. (No pun intended.. well hum) Anyway, give a verbal cue word like, No, Stop it, or Enough of that ! Don't yell just use your firm voice, you can tap your foot, clap or squirt with water. What ever works when you correct barking, digging or other No Nos, and so should work with this too. This is one reason we don't allow puppies to hump toys, once it is a habit it is harder too beak the cycle. Don't look at it as sex play, just as rude behavior, and correct it now.
