Tibbe just hates having a mat combed out so I just cut him short. He's very active and always into things, wallows a lot, etc. He really didn't mat badly at all but if he did get one under his armpit or something, he just hated my working to get it out, even slowly and carefully and holding gently up by his skin as I combed and brushed the end.
