Welcome to YT. Sorry I don't know where you can find a blonde puppy. I got Bonnie from a breeder in Hartford, AL. If you want to pm me I will give you her info and maybe she can help you. Was your baby a purebred? I know that I have seen some yorkiepoo's online that are blonde.
Have you lived in Dothan long? I am originally from there and still have family and friends down there!
