A K-9 Unit!!!!!!!! I took Ian to the vet, and parked next to this car. No one was inside, and the car was OFF! We got to the vet early, and that dog was in there for at least 15 minutes. No telling how long he was there before I saw him. The vet tech said that the officer was with another dog who was being seen by the vet.

Temp is 86*
