My Miah use to do this to me or shall I say me feet. She would stand over my feet with one leg up as if she was getting ready to pee on me. I took it as a way of guarding me. I never have found out what that meant. She doesn't do it any more.
It sounds to me as if your pup just loves him and wants to be close to him. On the other hand what you describe are things that you would typically see pups doing to their mothers or to other litter mates. Sound like your lab has taken the place of her mamma and siblings.
