I would check out the YTCA website for a reputable breeder. Sorry to say that PA is full of puppy mills and Byb. I would be very careful. Also reputable breeders do not advertise in newspapers. There is a few yorkie rescues on the east coast. There is Save a yorkie and United yorkie rescue in Pittsburg. |
