An easier way towards the end is to do your ribbing in the rounds without having to bind off, unless you prefer to pick up stitches. That's what I do for my doggie sweaters
I dont understand KFB... When you have bind of some stitches under the tummy, you knit to the other side and purl back. When you feel its long enough you start k2tog on each side, to make the round shape. Youll end up with only a few stitches left on the needle. I think its best to bind of and then pick up stitches along the edge to make the best rib.
I dont quite understand how you can knit the back of the sweater in rounds? Do please explain to me, maybe i can learn something new
