 Yorkie coat texture
Never noticed until know the different coats. I always assumed yorkies hair was straight. It's only after speaking to a breeder in her description she mentioned something like thick, and when looking at the puppy all over again, I noticed the thickness.
I was looking at Maltese dogs, and they too have different coats. I prefer the straighter, coats, and was taught to look at the parents, of course, and secondly you can usually see their hair part in the middle down their back.
Describe your yorkies fur, and tell me if you have matting problems. I know all types will matt if its not come, just curious. |
