According to the growth charts, that would put her around 28 ounces (1.75 lbs) at 12 weeks. For a puppy that small, it's definitely a good idea to ask your vet, emphasizing to them how small your puppy is. It's hard to find dosages of all-in-one medications that are premade for puppies that small. I believe that's why my vet went with Revolution--it was either that, or several separate medications to cover fleas, ticks, heartworms, and deworming.
